New Delhi: Delegation of 10 parties from Bihar who met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the National Capital on Monday may have demanded the caste census but also showed the changing power equation in the state.
Behind demand can be the head of the Minister of State Nith, showing strong Kumar’s strength and tactics on BJP.
Although Nitish Kumar’s JD (U) became a BJP alliance partner in the NDA government which ran in Bihar and in the middle, at least the second time this month that he had tried to place the MOD government in a narrow place.
Earlier this month, Bihar CM has demanded a probe into the controversial spyware problem which was one of the main reasons for washing near the Monsoon parliament session that was recently.
While the major opposition parties agreed on the function of the two parliamentary houses for the case of Pegasus reconnaissance, three agricultural laws and inflation, the shameful holder of the MODI government.
And now on August 23, Nitish led the delegation which included their rival Tejashwi Yadav from RJD to demand the caste census.
It has also put the MOD government in an uncomfortable position because it seems not tilt to conduct a caste census.
The Union State Minister for Nityanand Rai’s house specifically said in Lok Sabha during the same Monsun session on July 20 that the center had decided not to abbreviate Caste Census.
While replying to written questions, he said, “The state government of Maharashtra and Odisha has asked to collect detailed caste in the upcoming census.
The Indian government has decided as a policy problem not to mention the caste population besides SCS other than SCS other than SCS.
And STS in the census, “He said.
Although Modi did not guarantee anything to the LED Delegation Kumar Nith, which also included BJP, this request aims to emphasize the pressure on the NDA government.
Since the Government of NDA in power in Bihar in November 2020, there has been a request from a few BJP quarters for cm changes.
The BJP section seems to be nervous to lead the coalition.
JD (U) BJP and Nitish Kumar fought against the assembly of 2020 Bihar as the Alliance partner.
BJP won 74 of 110 seats contested at 243 members of the Assembly – with a success rate of 67 percent.
On the other hand, JD (U) won 43 out of 115 seats contested – with a strike speed of 37 percent.
Nitish Kumar became CM even though the party won a lower number of seats because the word given by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Interior Minister Amit Shah in this matter.
Even before the election, they said Nitish would be cm regardless of the number of seats won by both parties individually.
However, the voices of BJP were being raised at the interval demanding the BJP CM installation at Kumar Nith.
This request echoed in a similar request raised by RJD after Mahagathbandhan, including JD (U) and Congress, has been in power in the election of the Bihar Assembly of 2015.
So also, the performance of the RJD Prasad-LED better than JD (U).
While RJD won at 80 seats, JD (U) won 71 seats and Congress 27.
Then, Nitish Kumar became CM because of the pre-polling understanding between the three parties.
But RJD immediately became anxious and the demand was raised for replacing him with Deputy Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav.
Feeling uncomfortable in such a situation, Nithish broke the JD (U) alliance with RJD and hand in hand again with the BJP running the government in 2005 and 2010.
With the “Change Nitish” chorus that grew in BJP, JD (U) Supremo de facto can put pressure on the modi government through pegasus comments and now requests for the caste census did not disturb him.
