Why buyers tend to choose a bigger house next year

Gurgaon: Pandemic has turned the house to be an office.

Because the real estate sector shows signs of recovery from the key twins, developers in the city have estimated that a larger house and the most housing plot might be the preferred choice between buyers in 2022.

Between January and September this year, 1.6 lakh units were added in these cities and 1.4 lakh of them sold.
Amarjit Bakshi, Cmd Central Park, said, “2021 was when this sector truly rose again.

According to Arora, people moved to relatively affordable areas such as Dwarka Expressway, Sohna and the nearest area.
