Taraq Sayyed’s senior lawyer, representing Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha in a drug attack, where Shah’s son Shah Rukh Khan Aryan Khan was also accused, talking to Etime exclusively about his thoughts and assessments.
Sayyed is especially worried about the request of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) for the extension of detainees.

He added, “The case of my client is a simple consumption case.

He continued to argue that NCB did not need to save his client’s custody.
He explained, “If they want to find out where my client bought Charas, Ask him.
Do you need 5 days to ask that question?”
We reminded Sayyed that according to NCB claims, they have found the WhatsApp chat related to the previous question about the procurement of drugs.
Sayyed explained, “The chat was not found on my client’s phone.

When there is no recovery what will be done with chat? ”
Sayyed did not feel that his client Arbaaz was targeted because he was Arya Khan’s friend.
He said, “This is not about anyone targeted or not.
It’s just Aryan and Arbaaz together when they are detained, and now they are together in this case.
It’s just that they are in the wrong place at the wrong time.”
Sayyed signed revealed that both Aryan and Arbaaz did not even take a boat when they were arrested by NCB officers.
