“Why is Jayalalithaa, a death investigation ends in 3 months?”

Chennai: Madras High Court has wondered why it should not direct the justice of Arumughaswamy transportation, investigating the situation that leads to the death of former Main Minister of Jayalalithaa, to complete his business in three months and submit a final report.
The commission, formed in 2017, has seen more than half a dozen extensions so far.
The first bench was the chairman of Judge Sanjib Banerjee and Justice Senthilkumar Ramamoorthy made observations on Friday, hearing the voice of looking for directions to the government to end the commission.
The Petitioner, Thondan Subramani, said that in accordance with the government’s orders on August 25, 2017, the Commission should complete the question and submit reports in English and Tamil in three months from the date of notification.
However, the term commission is extended from time to time.
Meanwhile, the management of the Apollo Hospital, where Jayalalithaa died, approached the Supreme Court about the truth of the commission investigation, especially in the adequacy of medical care given to him, Advocates M Gnasekar said, representing the applicant.
In 2019, in another defense driven by Apollo, SC passed the temporary order that lived in the commission process, he added.
The applicant said that the state and commission governments also did not move the APEX court to take steps to empty the temporary stay.
The court recognized the request and directed the country to submit his response in six weeks.
