By 2020, this hospital near Kranthifea Sangolli Rulanna Metro Station, was converted to Covid Hospital and 50 Covid patients treated here.

According to Prema Kumari, a nurse officer at this hospital, around 50 Covid patients were accepted here between September and December 2020 during the first wave of Coronavirus.
“We managed to treat a 85-year-old woman during the first wave of Coronavirus.
No one was treated in a male ward and only one woman and her daughter was treated in a female ward during the second wave of this year,” said Prema Kumari.
The hospital has 30 oxygenated beds, toilets and well-maintained bathrooms with hot water facilities.
