Fir has been submitted on the complaint of Jaswinder Singh from Mundian Kalan against his wife Sukhvir Kaur of Malerkotla.
Jaswinder Singh stated that he wanted to go abroad and come into contact with Sukhvir Kaur and his family.
The defendant said if he would bear the cost of his trip, he would take him to Canada on a partner’s visa.
Harpreet Singh said he had spent the RS 35 Lakh on the defendant to regulate visas, and airplane tickets.
They suggested a wedding on August 23, 2017.
One week after marriage, Sukhvir Kaur had gone to Canada.
In December 2017, he had visited his parents’ house for one month and returned.
After that, he stopped talking to him.
According to their agreement accused of having to set a partner’s visa for him, but he didn’t.
He has filed a complaint to the police on August 28, 2020.
