New Delhi: The center on Wednesday told the Supreme Court that for the benefit of students, he had decided to apply change in a special neet-super examination pattern from the academic year 2022-23.
Judge D Y Chandrachud, Vikram Nath and B V Nagaratha recorded the submission of additional lawyers General Aishwarya Bhati and disposed of students who challenge previous decisions to apply change in a near-super examination pattern from this year.
The bench, however, said that it made open questions on the validity of changes made in the examination pattern.
On Tuesday, the top court has given one last chance to the center to place “the house to” receive a call to reverse the changes carried out on the special examination of NEET-Super 2021.

The APEX court is not satisfied with the justification given by the center, the National Examination Board (NBE) and the National Medical Commission (NMC) to make last minute changes after notification for inspection issued in July.
The upper court heard a collection of requests for 41 postgraduate doctors and other people who have challenged the last minute changes conducted on the syllabus after the notification was issued on July 23 for the test to be held on November 13 and 14.
