‘Will be forged’, 5 families among 7 were ordered to cheat

Ludhiana: Police on Sundays ordered seven people, including five families, because of cheating and criminal conspiracy.
It was alleged that the defendant was forged desire to take property and cheatly collect Rs 8 lakh as rent.
FIR has been submitted in the complaint of Balwinder Singh, 61, from Safe Nagar, Salem Tabri, against Avtar Singh, his wife Rajinder Kaur from Ambala, Brothers-in-law’s Bakhshish Singh, Satpal Singh, Satpal Singh from Moti Nagar and Uncle Hand accompanied Singh Shimlapuri and Sucha Singh from GK Estate, Chandigarh Road.
The complaint was submitted on October 17, 2018, and an investigation was marked by the additional police commissioner (crime).
Balwinder said, “My son Amritpal Singh married Maninder Kaur, Princess Avtar and Rajinder, on September 19, 2010.
The couple had a daughter.
I bought a 304 square foot plot in Delandari Kalan on behalf of Amritpal on June 5, 2013, given rent to the owner Factory.
“On February 26, 2016, Amritpal died of a death.
“After that, Maninder and his daughter lived with us.
On November 14, 2016, Maninder died in an accident on the road.
However, his father Avtar had pine who lodged against me, my wife and daughter to kill Maninder.
He accused that we killed Maninder for Getting the inside of the plot.
Avtar also accused that we harassed the maninder to give us the inside of the plot, “he added.
The police have arrested Balwinder, his wife and daughter in this case and they were submitted in prison.
In October 2018, when Balwinder and his wife came out with a guarantee, they found all the household items lost from their homes.
“Later, we also learned that the defendant had falsified the will of Amritpal to take the plot.
Allegations also rent properties and collect Rs 8 Lakh in rent,” he said, 2016.
We have demanded firmly against the defendant and cancel the murder case against us.
