Bhopal: Minister of Madhya Pradesh Narottam Mishra on Friday said that he would consult with legal experts and get Salman Khurshid’s new book about Ayodhya’s verdict which was banned in the state.
“He has published a very controversial book.
They (Congress) did not leave the opportunity to attack ‘Hindutva’, always trying to divide the country based on caste.
Even the Supreme Court said that Hindutva is a way of life,” said Mishra.
Previously on Thursday, Mishra said that Khurshid published his book ‘Sunrise Over Ayodhya – National in our day to create controversy.
“This book has been published to create controversy.
Congress and Gandhi family belong to ‘Tukde-Tukde Gang’.
They want the country to be divided.
They want to hurt the trust of people.
However, PM Modi wants to reverse India,” he said.
Two Delhi’s lawyers have filed complaints on Thursday with Delhi police against Khurshid, for allegedly slandering and comparing Hinduism with terrorism in his book released last week.
Advocate Vivek Garg in his complaint was trying to submit a case against Khurshid.
The complaint accused that Senior Congress leader Salman Khurshid had compared Hindutva to radical terrorist groups such as ISIS and Boko Haram.
Meanwhile, Vineet Jindal Advocate in his complaint said that the statements published in the book did not only incite and provoke but also stirred emotions among followers of Hinduism.
The defendant by making the statement mentioned above in his book has committed a violation below in Section 153, 153A, 298 and 505 (2) of the Indian Criminal Code (IPC) which is a violation that is enrivated and very serious, a lawyer complaint states.
