Will continue Struggle until Lakshadweep gets Oversight: Aisha Sultana

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Filmmaker Aisha Sultana, that had been reserved for sedition from Lakshadweep, on Saturday said she hasn’t done anything contrary to the nation so much and would carry on her struggle until the islanders gain justice.
She had been speaking to the press in the airport at Kochi before departing the archipelago to look until the Kavaratti authorities for questioning on Sunday in connection with the situation.
She stated that her urge was accompanying her and she’d collaborate with the authorities.
“I think I will get justice since I haven’t done something wrong.
My words were erroneously interpreted and I’ve previously mentioned everything in my current Facebook article,” Sultana said.
On her contentious use of’biological weapon’ throughout a tv conversation, she explained each of these controversies had occurred dependent on that specific word.
“I haven’t done anything contrary to the nation.
These have occurred over a word that I uttered.
Therefore, it’s my duty to prove I have never done something wrong.
I’ll continue my struggle till my territory and individuals get justice,” she added.
At a relief to Sultana, the Kerala High Court had on Thursday awarded her anticipatory bail for a week, even while booking orders for her anticipatory bail program.
It had guided her to obey the note issued by Kavaratti authorities to show up before it for interrogation on June 20 in relation to the sedition case.
The allegation is that the filmmaker, although engaging in an argument telecast with a Malayalam news station in June 7, produced an assertion that the Centre utilized’biological weapon’ from the people of Lakshadweep.
