Gurgaon: Residents can immediately hope to get compensation faster than their complaints because the gurgaon government plans to launch a pulse number.
This was announced by Nishant Kumar Yadav, a 2013-batch Haryana cadre officer, who officially took over as deputy commissioner on Thursday.
Madav tells Toi which makes administration accessible by people and compensation complaints will be a priority, besides overall.

“We will develop an effective mechanism where people will be able to register their complaints that will be forwarded to the department concerned.
The dedicated team will monitor complaints status and update the complainant about the same thing.
If any complaints are not resolved, the reason will be distributed, “He said.
Alumnus IIT-Delhi, Yadav said that he was familiar with the problems of the city that had previously worked with multinational finance companies here.
“It was in 2010-11 before issuing a civil service exam.

He later became an additional DC and Commissioner of Kota Karnal.Yadav said traffic and connectivity from new sectors would be another focus area.
“Many areas in the city still face the problem of the last miles connectivity and there is room for improvement,” he said.
Without water, the new DC said, “With the help of the Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA), MCG and HSVP, we will work on this to ensure the right steps initiated before the rainy season.”
