VIJAYAWADA: Andhra Pradesh HC on Tuesday said that it would be a special investigation team if the CBI did not show progress in capturing ‘Punch Prabhakar’, which has posted rough videos, insulting and insulting to justice, reporting Srikanth Aluri.
HC bench headed by the Chairman of the Prashant Kumar Mishra and Justice Lalitha Kanneganti gave the 10-day time to CBI to prove his bona fid in this case, failing so that they would refer to SC or independent sin from the CBI.
Expressing displeasure of social media intermediaries because it does not take on time, the bench asks them if it is not their responsibility to remove rough content immediately after investigating agents enrolled crime.
Observations came after N Ashwani Kumar, standing Counsel for the Registrar General HC, said the intermediary for the social media eliminated rough content posted by Prabhakar only after the Registrar Law letter.
