Madhepura: Octogenarian Brahmdeo Mandal, who took several Covid shots, now hiding for fear of being arrested in connection with pine who lodged against him on charges of misleading the Ministry of Health.
He has threatened to commit suicide by committing suicide if he was sued.
According to sources, Mandal has been ordered to use a different ID card to receive 11 vaccine shots, and the police are raiding to arrest him.
He hasn’t turned on his cellphone because the police raided his house in the Madhepura District of Bihar, on Sunday.
The 84-year-old child also begged PM Narendra Modi to intervene and clean it from charges.
Nirmala Devi, Mandal’s wife, accused the police “harassing it like a criminal”.
He said her husband suffered several diseases and could not stand upright or walked.
“He felt a glimmer of hope after getting the first jab.
He is now really recovering as a result of a shot.” However, in a written complaint to Berini Sho, the person responsible for the local Primary Health Center has accused that the Mandal uses several ID cards to get Covid vaccine shots intentionally and cheat.
