Patna: Opposition leader in the Tejashwi Prasad Yadav State Assembly on Thursday said he would increase the problem of the flood package specifically for Bihar during Monday’s meeting with PM Narendra Modi for the Caste Census problem.
“Laluji has raised the Caste Census problem and I also asked PM for it.
There should be no politics when it comes to development,” Tejashwi said after uncovering the statue of the former father of RJD MLA Rajballabh Yadav Jahaal Prasad in Nawada.
He said regardless of the caste-based census, he would also ask PM Modi to send a central team for Bihar affected by flooding and announced a special package.
Tejashwi also criticized JD (U) members of Rajya Saba and UNI Minister RCP Singh to “ignore” the people affected by the flood.
“The minister chose to attend the program held to welcome him instead of meeting the people who hit the flood,” he said.
Meanwhile, Tejashwi underestimated the war between his brother Tej Pratap and the head of RJD Jagadand Singh.
“Everything is fine at the party.
I’m not worried and the others also don’t have to worry about it,” Tejashwi told reporters here before leaving for Nawada.
