Jammu: The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) President Mehbooba Mufti said on Monday that he would not fight for the election until the two Indian constitutions and the estwhile state were made to the Jammu and Kashmir.
“Personally, it (revocation of article 370 and 35-5- a) is very emotional for me.
I oppose the first election to take an oath under the constitution of India and the State.
I took the two flags in my hand.
Until the two constitutions will not ( There) together (in JK), I have said it I will not personally oppose the election, “said the former minister to reporters here.
Replying to questions about the election quarrel and becoming a minister, he said PDP had several people who were capable and not only Mehbooba Mufti alone.
The Mufti also criticized the administration of Jammu and Kashmir for his decision to dismiss the head of the Head of Hezbul Mujahidin Syed Syed Syasuddin from government services, by saying “You cannot embrace the children responsible for his father’s actions until and unless you have evidence”.
“I have said this again and again, you can catch a man but not an idea.
You must overcome the idea, as Vajpayee Ji did.
Witch-hunting, criminalization of differences of opinion is to bring our nation again,” he added.
The government of Jammu and Kashmir have fired 11 employees, including the sons of the Head of Hezbul Mujahidin and two of the police department, for allegedly working as land workers for terrorist organizations, officials said on Saturdays.
