The lyricist and film Javed Akhtar have become headlines for recent statements.
During the interview with the news port, he said that the Taliban was savage, their actions were despicable, but those who support RSS, VHP and Bajrang Dal are all the same.
Immediately after this, Akhtar’s statement had not dropped well with the right-wing party.
In a recent video on Twitter, BJP MLA Ram Kadam denied it to film writers who said that the country was governed by Sangh Parivar.
He said, “If the Taliban ideology is here, can he make a statement like that? The answer to this question shows how empty the comment (Javed Akhtar’s) is.”
He was reportedly further added, “Until he apologized to the Sangh member with his hands folded, we would not let one of his films played in the land of Mr.
Bharti.”
Previously, on Saturday, the BJP youth wing and several of them were seen protesting outside his Juhu residence.
“RRS helps everyone at the time needed and he compares it to the Taliban.
He must apologize.
It is very annoyed that even though it becomes a very reasonable person, Javed Akhtar has given a statement like that,” said several protesters outside the authors ‘Sholay’ home.
According to reports, Javed Akhtar also stated that India was a secular state, the population was mostly secular but there were those who supported organizations such as RSS and VHP and had the same ideology as the Nazi in the 1930s.
