Will not return on the K-Rail project: Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan

Thiruvananthapuram: The Chair of the Pinarayi Minister Vijayan said that there was no K-Rail project that would bring major changes in the development of state infrastructure.
He urged UDF to withdraw from opposing the project.
“Some have concerns over this project because they will lose their land and property.
But I can assure you that all problems will be handled in the best way.
Comprehensive rehabilitation packages will exist if the government takes over property for this project,” he said.
“The government cannot withdraw from the project only because of unnecessary criticism.
The K-Rail project will be an integral part of the country’s development.
This project has been designed with a very limited displacement,” he added.
“Therefore, opposition must shed their criticism and hand in hand with the government to make it happen,” Vijayan said.
Vijayan’s Pravasis complaint said the officer about the special task of Venu Rajamony had a discussion with the external affairs department official on the problem faced by Pravasis after the situation of the pandemic.
The difficulties they face to get tickets also come for discussion.

He said the government could mobilize Rs 500 Crore for Chitti Pravations.
