Will not revoke the Invitement Law, the government said after the SC question needed

New Delhi: There are no proposals considered at this time for legal memo about incitement, Law Minister Kiren Rijiju said at Lok Sabha on Friday.
He, however, said the “legal question” about the 124-A section was waiting for adjudication before the Supreme Court.
Responding to the question at home about whether the government plans to attack the incolition law, considering the detrimental observation by the Supreme Court, the minister said there were no proposals considered by the government.
SC has asked questions about the law that said that endit law is a colonial law.
“Do we still need law in our country after 75 years of independence?” The court said.
However, this problem is still accountable with cases made that “anti-national” activities need to be borne by several laws.
Rijju further clarified that the APEX court in the order of May 31, 2021 only observed that Ambit from the provisions of the SEC 124-A, 153-A and 505 IPC would require interpretation “in the context of electronic and print media to communicate news, information, and rights , even from those who might be critical of the regime that apply to any part of the nation “.
