ABU DHABI: Pakistan skipper Babar Azam has stated he will have a sentence using pacer Mohammad Amir regarding the latter’s decision to retire from international cricket.
The two Babar and Amir are now in Abu Dhabi to Participate in this resumption of Pakistan Super League (PSL).
“I haven’t talked to him regarding retirement but we’ll talk about the issues he’s facing once I get the chance to speak to him” Babar told Cricket Pakistan.
“He’s among the greatest left-arm bowlers in the world and that I love him.
I’m hopeful he continues to execute well in the approaching second half PSL,” he further added.
Before this season, Amir had stated he will just consider playing Pakistan after the present management directed by head trainer Misbah-ul-Haq leaves.
“I want to explain that yes I’m accessible for Pakistan just once this administration renders.
Please stop spreading fake information simply to offer your narrative,” Amir’d tweeted.
He had previously said his decision to retire wasn’t according to him being dumped to the New Zealand string in 2020, instead it had been based on the number of members of this PCB administration kept on going on his choice to not play Test cricket.
He played 36 Tests, 61 ODIs, along with 50 T20Is.
He moved on to shoot 259 wickets around three formats of this match.
Amir had played with his first global match throughout the 2009 T20 World Cup.
