Will talk to the Senior Nagpur Police about Growing Crimes: State HM Patil
Written by news2in

Nagpur: Minister of Home Maharashtra (HM) Dilip Walse-Patil on Friday said he would speak with senior Nagpur police officers about crimes that grow in the city, and warn the media after that.
State HM was in DeeShabhoomi on Friday, the second day of the three-day visit to Vidarbha.
Patil said that since he became Minister of Internal Affairs Maharashtra, he wanted to visit Deekshabhoomi and paid his efforts to Babasaheb Ambedkar in Nagpur.
Lakh people get inspiration from this historic place, he added.
When asked by TOI what steps he would take to increase the morale of Maharashtra police, Patil said he would travel to each country division and meeting senior police officers from each district.
“I will review their work to understand their needs and problems to solve it, and motivate police personnel to do a better job.
Today I will interact with police officers from Nagpur and on Saturday, I will meet the police from Amravati,” said Country HM.
Patil did not want to comment on the ongoing investigation in the problem of Param Singh as the investigation committee was seeing it.
“Except and until the report comes out, I won’t be able to talk about it,” he said.
When asked whether the action would be taken to the Director of CBI Subhod Jaiswal, Patil said the petition had appeared in the High Court (HC), so “let’s see what comes out of it”.
Reacting to questions about HC that asks the state government whether to submit a case against Rashmi Shukla in the case of clinging the telephone, he said the government will answer it in court.
Patil said the abuse of the central agency was very unfortunate.
In the NCP leader Nawab Malik “defended the family of Khan” in the case of Arya Khan, the minister said that they were two separate problems and that Malik had several problems with the agent function.
Patil was accompanied by former MLA and NCP leader Prakash Gajbhiye, who had demanded that Nagpur be renounced after Ambedkar, when he took ‘Deesekha’ along with a large number of followers in DeeShabhoomi in 1956.
Gajbhiye reaffirmed his demands and said he would deviate.
Memorandum for patil in this case.
