Dubai: The Organization of 57 members of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) promised on Sunday to help achieve peace in Afghanistan and said the future leaders must keep the country be used as a backyard for international Islamic militants.
This organization urges “future Afghanistan leadership” and the international community to work together to ensure that Afghanistan has never been used again as a safe platform or place for “terrorists”.
“The terrorist organization is not allowed to have a footing (in Afghanistan),” said the last communique, was issued after Saudi-based organization held a special meeting called Riyadh to discuss the situation in a war-hit country.
