LONDON: That year’s Wimbledon men’s and women’s singles finals will be performed full audiences in attendance at Centre Court, the All England Club mentioned on Monday.

The move comes despite British Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s statement on Monday the last phase of easing lockdown limitations has been postponed to July 19.
“We’re happy to have worked closely together with the authorities, public wellbeing, along with our regional jurisdiction in Merton, to affirm ….the Championships 2021 will start on Monday 28 June using 50 percent capability throughout the Grounds, construction to full power audiences of 15,000 on Centre Court to the shuttle,” the All England Club stated.
Wimbledon has been cancelled a year ago for the very first time as the Second World War due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
