Wimbledon: Zverev’s fourth seed facilitates the Greekspoor of past qualifications

LONDON: The fourth seed Alexander Zverev presents strongly to defeat Dutch qualifications Tallon Griekspoor 6-3 6-4 6-1 on Tuesday and advance to the second round of Wimbledon.
Open US finalists have lost to the qualifications on his last two visits to Grascourt Grand Slam but Griekspoor ranks 124th, making his wimbledon debut, not having a game to challenge high Germany in their first meeting.
Playing was suspended because of the rain when the roof was closed in court one by Zverev up a set and rest but the cessation did not have an impact on the 24-year-old child who continued to land a high percentage to dominate the match.
Zverev hit 20 Aces, saving his unfortunate mistake and solving Griekspoor serving six times before sealing the match with a backhand winner on the phone.
He will play American Tennys Sandgren or Norbert Gombo from Slovakia for a place in the third round.
