“We, therefore, answer the first question by stating that full party autonomy is given by arbitration actions to have a dispute to decide in accordance with institutional rules that can include emergency arbitrators that provide temporary orders, described as ‘awards’.
The command is an important step in Decongesting assistance in the civil court and providing fast temporary assistance to the parties.
