New Delhi: Decree of PM Narendra Modi to induce LJP leader Pashupati Kumar Paras as a minister of cabinet and gave him allegations of the Ministry of Food Processing had come as a big blow to Chirag Paswan who had claimed that he was aligned with BJP when installing candidates JD (U) in the election of the Bihar Council , Chirag who was cornered told reporters on Tuesday that he had written to Modi who asked him not to induce the paras in the LJP quota.
He even said that he would move the court, if the paras found a bed in the cabinet on the LJP quota.
Induction of Paras was also seen as another victory for the Head of Bihar Minister Nith Kumar and JD (U) considering that Chirag had come out of Kumar in the assembly election.
Chirag said the rights of PM to include anyone on his team respected.
“But as far as LJP concerning, Paras is not a party member.
Noting his activities such as trying to break the party, if he is made by the minister as part of his splinter group, LJP has nothing to do with it,” he said.
