Chandigarh: The Armed Forces Court (AFT) has ordered a breadth recovery in the Army, observing that officers had to treat their subordinates fairly to win so much trust that it made a soldier looking at his officer as his hero during the war, his Ajay reported, Report Sura.
Sepoy was registered with the armored corps on December 14, 2017, but was issued for the old absence of training a year later.
He had returned to his home city for his injured right eye care so he suffered when the drill instructor scored him, he said in his request to court.
Even though he was treated at a military hospital, his eyes were still sick and he could not concentrate.

Sepoy reported to the training center and joined the assignment, but he was convicted of going awol and was dismissed from the service on December 1, 2018.
