Wing new city planning to act against shrimp in Aravalis

Gurgaon: The City and State Meeting Department (DTCP) is being restructured to create special wings dedicated to eliminate encroachment in arabalis.
Two district city planners (DTP) will also be appointed, in addition to two DTPS in planning and gurgaon enforcement wings.

Pandurang praised the Gurgaon team because of his success in tempting the newly carved illegal colony, even though he said that “around 20% of tasks are still delayed and need to be done in a more effective way”.
“The department has taken tight action against the colonies of illegal farming houses because five to six such colonies have been destroyed in the past six months in and around Gurgaon, including in bandhwari and Raisina.” The DTCP head also said that he had directed his officials to spread the awareness among people not to invest in illegal colonies and examine the same legal status before entering the money obtained with difficulty.
“Those who violate building norms will also be handled strictly.” When contacted, the district city planner (enforcement) Batth Hospital said that with a focus on Aravalis, Deputy Commissioner Yash Garg was also a team of officials from the department concerned, including revenue, city and state planning, the Forest Council, Sohna City Council.

“The plan of comprehensive action to protect forest areas of encroachment and developers of illegal farming house colonies will be prepared at a meeting scheduled for Tuesday,” he said.
Asked about flooding in the DTCP Gurgaon office during the recent Monsun Rain, Pandurang said that the project report was being prepared and immediately land would be resolved for the construction of a new office.
“At present, the office is being run from the place of HSVP office, which falls in a lowland area that leads to the accumulation of rainwater,” he said.
