With Neet tomorrow, the state also has a test

New Delhi: Education Minister Union Dharmendra Pradhan has written to all major ministers who seek their support in carrying out the largest single shift test in India-Neet-UG scheduled on September 12, Sunday.
With a record of 16.14 Lakh candidates who have registered and in accordance with the Covid-19 situation and protocol, the number of centers has multiplied to 3,858 and candidates have been allocated different entry time to ensure staggered entries.
The national testing body has also issued an advisor on its website on Friday and sent the same to the candidates.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Education has also written to the Secretary of the Head of All State / UTS to allow mobility to candidates based on the receipt card if there are covid restrictions.

NTA also warned candidates for falling prey for messages about WhatsApp claiming that leaked paper paper can be accessed with a certain payment of money.
“NTA wants to give advice to students to stop trusting such false platforms.
The test is safe and it is a way to feather students.
The agency will also approach the right authority for the action to the activity,” Vineet Joshi said, Director General, NTA.
In the letter to the CMS, Pradhan said: “We recently saw the second wave of Covid-19 and conducting this big inspection in this background requiring support from all stakeholders.
“I’m sure you will also suggest your main secretary and DGP to take the steps needed to ensure that this exam is successfully done,”
NEET-UG is a qualification entrance examination to enter Medical Bachelor and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Ayurveda Bachelor, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (BSM) Siddha (BSM), Bachelor Medical Unani and Surgery (BUMS), and Bachelor of Homeopathy and Surgery (BSC) and BSC (H) care courses from various medical colleges, which include major medical universities such as AIIMS and Jawaharlal Institute of Education and Postgraduate Medical Research (JIPMER), Puducherry.
The exam will be carried out starting at 14:00 to 5pm in pen mode and paper.
Previously, Amit Khare, Secretary, higher education was written to the Secretary of the Head of State / UTS to ensure that the inspection center was allowed to remain open to all activities related to the exam before, during and after the exam from 11 to 13 September 2021.
Khare in his letter also said that, “If there are restrictions on movement in certain areas, the recognition / identity card incurred for candidates must be treated as a pass for their movements.
In terms of other officials, the right movement movement can be issued, if and as needed.”
NTA stated that there were no candidates who would be allowed to enter the center after 1:30 a.m.
and have asked all candidates to reach the central-appointed centers according to the allocated reporting time.
It also suggests candidates to recce from the inspection center venue in advance to avoid problems.
Agency also asks candidates to check the list of documents that they need to carry for the exam.
There are a number of items listed that will not be permitted in the center and NTA states that there will be no facilities available in the centers to keep personal items safe.
