Hyderabad: Telangana Rashtra Samithi is the second richest regional party in this country after Akhilesh Yadav’s Samajwadi Party (SP) with RS 301 Crore assets.
N Chandrabaabu Telugu Naidu’s population in Andhra Pradesh is the fourth richest among regional clothes with 188 crore assets, following the Tamil Nadu based AIDMK which has an asset RS 267 Crore.
YS Congress Party YSR Jagan Mohan Reddy in AP has assets of RS 143 Crore, according to the Democratic Reform Association (ADR), a group that struggles for polling reform.
ADR prepares reports based on national and regional and regional party assets and liabilities in 2019-20.
10 assets of the top party RS 2,000 Crorethe BJP stated assets worth 4,847 crore, adding all political parties, followed by BSP Mayawati at the 698 Hospital of the Indian National Congress and Congress at Rs 588 Crore.
Among the 44 regional parties, assets from the top 10 parties, including TRS, TDP and YSRC, total Rs 2,028 Crore, which is equivalent to 95 percent of the total assets stated by all regional parties for the 2019-20 financial year.

The total assets stated by seven national regional parties and 44 during the financial year amounted to RS 6,988 Crore and Rs 2,129 Crore, according to the ADR report.
Assets stated by political parties are categorized under six main heads – fixed assets, loans, progress, FDR, deposits, TDS, investment and other assets.
The top 10 regional parties stated the total obligation of RS 57 Crore while 34 of the remaining parties had the obligation of Hospital 3 Crore in the financial year.
Among regional parties, TDP stated the highest total obligation of RS 30 Crore, followed by the powerful DMK in Tamil Nadu at Rs 8 Crore.
