Noida: Noida Authority has identified 30 waterways in the city that will be intercepted before they release their water to the condli channel which will then join the Yamuna River.
In an effort to reduce pollution in the river, waste water will be treated before being removed back to the sewer.
Authority Noida has six operational sewerase processing plants in enough cities to treat 231 million liters of daily wastewater.
Authority officials said that the daily generation of wastewater in the city is 215 million liters.
To deal with future needs, authorities will establish two more stps in the city with a budget around Rs 260 Crore.
