Gurgaon: A man and his family in Patudi has been booked after his wife filed a complaint accusing that he gave Talaq Triple and threw it out of the house.

This might be the first triple talaq case registered in Gurgaon.
Registering three small children as a witness in his police complaint, Shagufta (35) accused her husband, Abdul Jaki (45), and in-laws of physical and mental torment.
He accused him of being beaten on July 29, after that Abdul gave him Triple Talaq.
“We got married for 17 years.
Even though I had to suffer physical and mental abuse, I was forced to be with him because of my children.
Now he has given me Triple Talaq, I have nothing.
What I want is justice under the Ambit of our Constitution So that I can take care of my children, “Shagufta said, whose sister married to Abdul Jaki’s brother, Anu Hayya.
While Abdul is a security guard in Pataudi Palace, Shagufta works as a cleaner at the nearest eye hospital.
“There is always a monetary problem at home.
My husband often threatened to leave me.
He even tried to strangle me once,” he thought.
Shagufta claimed that she was kicked out of the house by her husband and her in-laws a few years ago, after that she lived with her parents for two years until the village head intervened.
He now lives with them in their home in Dhauj Faridabad Village since the alleged Triple Talaq day.
No one from her husband’s family came to visit her or children, he said.
Shabutfta’s brother Cansir Ahmed accused Abdul involved in extra-marriage affairs.
“He always threatens my sister that he will divorce him.
They (family members) now create pressure through my other sister to do Halla,” he said.
Apart from Abdul Jaki and Anu Hayya, their parents Jameela and Abdul Hayya, and their sister Zakiya was ordered under section 323 (punishment because voluntarily caused injury) and 506 (punishment for criminal intimidation) IPC and part 4 Muslim women (protection ) Rights for marriage) ACT, 2019 on Tuesday night.
Shailendra Kumar, Sho, Pataudi Police Station, said they had received Z zero from Faridabad.
“We will take action according to action,” he added.
