Patna: Four people, including a pregnant woman and her 2-year-old daughter, was destroyed to death in two separate accidents in Patna District on Wednesday.
The woman who was identified as Baba Devi, and her daughter Nandani was hit by a truck in Mahatma Gandhi Setu while two daily bets were destroyed to death by cars at NH-139 near Pakrandha Village under the area of Paliganj Rani Talab Subdivisi in West Patna.
DSP-II traffic Mohammad Ali Ansari said Babita and Nandani were run near Pillar Number 43 in Gandhi Setu around the Mile Traffic Police Station area at around 11:30 a.m.
Nandani’s body is beheaded.
Babita’s husband Rakesh Kumar (27) was also injured critically and underwent treatment at Hajipur Hospital aware in Vaishali Regency.
The family is on a bicycle on the road from their original place in Tirasia in Hajipur to Phulwarisharif.
Rakesh brought food for his mother, who underwent treatment at the hospital in Patna.
“That’s the scene that his body surpassed recognition.
The child was beheaded after coming under the wheel,” Ansari said and added, “the driver was arrested.” In the second accident, two daily bets were killed and four others were injured after a car that quickly ran above them and Flip several times near Pakrandha under the area of the Rani Talab police station around 5am.
The deceased was identified as Bajrangi Kumar and Saroj Kumar.
The four of their injury colleagues were Dilwar Kumar, Bimshass Kumar, Vishwanath Kumar and Sunil Kumar, under 35 years.
Rani Talab Police Station Sho Satish Kumar said the car driver and three passengers were also injured in the accident.
“The driver managed to escape.
The people who were injured in the car and the six daily bets were rushed to the Primary Bikram health center from where they were called PMCH,” he said.

Kumar said the residents came to Babhankanpa to attend the wedding ceremony and return to Rukanpura on Patna.
