PUNE: Police on Tuesday detained a 52-year-old guy in relation to the murder of a 75-year-old girl whose partly disrobed body was discovered inside her home at a village nearby Chakan on Monday. First police investigation showed that the girl was viciously attacked before and then she had been bludgeoned to death. “The defendant is that the neighbor of the dead person. After obtaining a tip-off about ourselves, we tracked him with the support of the dog squad,” explained a police officer. “While questioning the acquaintances, we have the info to the defendant has been found close to the girl’s home in Monday. Through questioning, he confessed his participation in the murder,” the officer stated. The officer stated that the defendant knew the girl was staying lonely. On Monday that he barged into her home and tried to assault her sexually. “If the girl uttered himthe tiniest bludgeoned her to death with a blow pipe. The defendant later sexually attacked the human body and fled,” he explained.
