MADURAI: A 55-year-old girl suffering from learning issues dwelt together with her brother’s lifeless body in their flat at Madurai for fourteen weeks oblivious of his passing.
The deceased was identified since Jayachandran,65, of Dharmasastha Apartment at Muniyandipuram close Vilachery.
He’d become a transportation company until a couple of decades back.
Authorities said he hadn’t married and had cared for his sister Subbulakshmi, 55.
Police stated he might have died at the very least a day or two past because his body had begun decomposing.
Due to her brother’s departure, Subbulakshmi lived at the home, cooking her own meals.
Police sources stated Jayachandran’s comparative Soundararajan, who resides in Erode district, was attempting to get him on the telephone.
Since Jayachandran couldn’t be attained, Soundararajan grew leery.
He called a former maid service and asked her to test.
She visited the home Thursday morning and educated Soundararajan about his dad passing.
Soundararajan alerted authorities.
A group in the Subramaniyapuram police station reached the area and altered the entire body to Government Rajaji Hospital for postmortem.
A question was under way to determine the origin of the death, authorities said.
