VARANATION: A 35-year-old woman filed a triple talaq case against her husband with Lanka police alleged that she used to force her dancing in the orchestra showing and enjoying immoral activities.
ACP Bhelupur Pravin Kumar Singh said that following the initial investigation in the complaint of the woman, a pine named against her husband Naseem Ahmed from the area of Mungra Badshahpur in Jaunpur District, the mother and two sisters were submitted by Lanka police under the IPC section, Muslim women (right hand protection Marriage) Law, non-moral traffic (Preventive Law) and Dowry Prizes acted on Friday.
The police have started further investigation in this matter, he added.
According to the police, in his complaint the woman said that she married Naseem in 2007 and they had two sons and a daughter.
In 2015 Naseem and his family forced the female father, who was a retired government employee, to give Hospital two lakh to get his job about the driver in the city’s body confirmed, he said.
After Naseem’s request was fulfilled, he began to force him to dance in the orchestra showing and enjoying the trade of meat.
The woman said that her mother began to pay Rs 5,000 to the Naseem family per month to ensure that she was not forced to enjoy immoral activities.
He further alleged that in August 2021 he was overthrown from home with his children by Naseem, his mother and nurse when he refused to enjoy the trade of meat and dance in the orchestra to get money for him.
He said that he continued to ask his husband and his in-laws by telephone to bring him back.
He alleged that when he made the same request for Naseem by telephone on December 27, 2021 he gave his triple talaq.
