New Delhi: A 25-year-old man and his mother was found killed in their home in Palalam Village in Southwest Delhi on Tuesday night.
The police said they were exploring all angles, including a failed robbery offer or dispute and hostility, as a motive behind murder.
The deceased has been identified as Gaurav and Babita Verma.
The police have submitted a complaint about Gaurav’s father’s complaint, Kriswaroop, an accountant who works for the Indian Air Force.
The police received a call about the incident at 19:00 and rushed to the team.
The family stayed on the second floor of a two-story house owned by Swaroop.
Gaurav works for software companies in Hyderabad until last year and are at home without current work.
Both were found in the same room on the second floor.
Seeing the position where the body was found, the police suspect Gaurav worked on a laptop when he was killed.
According to the police, they were confused by Dumbbell, found from a bucket at home.
Both victims have a head injury and enter a friendly house that shows someone who is known to be behind the murder.
Almirah was found open and several things were lost, police said, added that there was no home search.
They analyzed the recording of CCTV cameras from the region and questioned home assistance and vendors, who often visited the area.
One DVR was found missing, police said.
