Rajkot: A 23-year-old woman from Bhavnagar was squeezed and removed repeatedly for more than two years by a man who was in a relationship.
The woman submitted a rape complaint and under the caste and tribal section scheduled (prevention of atrocities) acting and also the action of information technology on Wednesday after the defendant Haresh Chudasama uploaded a video of rape on the internet.
Police said that the woman and Chudasama, a resident of Chaniiyara Talaja Taluka Village, touched about three years ago when he went to Chaniiyara Village to work.
The duo is used to meet regularly and express their favorite for each other.
Chudasama recorded the conversation they used to have on the telephone.
In June 2019, Chudasama took the woman to the hotel near Mahuva and squeezed it.
He made him listen to one of the call recordings and extort him to give up on his sexual demands.
He threatened to make footage of public calls and even told his parents about the same thing.
Worried for his reputation, the woman gave up on Chudasama’s demands.
Using recording as a threat, Chudasama then raped the woman several times at her house too.
The defendant also recorded a rape video he did in a hotel on his cellphone.
Recently when he learned that the marriage of a woman was repaired, Chudasama shared videos on the internet.
When the woman learned about it, she approached the police and submitted this case.
The police have not arrested the defendant.
