BARABANKI:”The family of a 20-year-old lady overcome her up, shaved her head and forced her to wander through the roads for marrying a guy from another faith in a village ,” authorities said Tuesday.
“A case was filed against eight individuals in this respect in Fatehpur Kotwal police station and three were detained up to now,” station house officer, Sanjay Maurya stated.
The Muslim girl, an orphan, lived with her grandma while the guy, ” a 28-year-old Hindu labourer, remained independently, according to authorities.
“Both had been been in a relationship for quite a very long time and got married in a temple during Monday afternoon,” they stated.
“Following the female’s family discovered relating to this, they took her away from her husband’s home while he was on the job and penalized,” she added.
“She’s called her uncle along with many others in the criticism,” added superintendent of police, Avdhesh Singh, stated.
