City: A woman and 3 family members have been booked in Baran City for allegedly killing a man with whom he is in a relationship, the police said on Wednesday.
Rajkumar Prajapat (28) body was found early Tuesday about 25 meters from his house in Lanka Colony, police said, adding the woman to stay in the same location.
Sonia Aerwal, her parents, Jitendra and Mamta, and Grandma were booked on Tuesday morning, they said.
According to Motoral, the father of the deceased, his son left home on midnight Monday said he would see from a friend.
However, a few hours later, he was told that his son lay unconscious on the road.
He was taken to the hospital where the doctor stated he was taken dead, he said.
Motoral claims that his son had a relationship with a woman who lived in their neighborhood and alleged that his family members killed him by strangling him.
In his complaint, the case below the 302 IPC section was submitted against the woman, his parents, and grandmother, circle inspector at the city police station Baran, said Mangi Singh Yadav.
The reason behind the death has not been confirmed, said Singh.
