Thiruvananthapuram: A woman who was sexually accused of sexually abusing her own son, said on Thursday that there must be a proper investigation into sub-inspectors and other officers from the Kadakkavoor police station, which was involved in his arrest.
He spoke to the media after appearing in the District Court in Vanchiyor to collect a copy of a high-level police investigation report that released him from the allegations of him.
The woman said the si who took her to detention was her isolated husband friend.
He made the offer to drop the case provided he agreed to give the child custody to his isolated husband.
He said that even though the police had dropped this case, the report made him not mention who influenced his small son to increase the accusation like that.
According to the report, his son has not attracted his previous statement.
There must be a probe that is done to find out the person who encourages children to give such a statement, he said.
He added that his petition looked for custody of his children was waiting in front of the family court.
He also submitted a petition before the main minister demanded the right actions taken against those involved in a conspiracy that threw his life from the rail.
In December that Kadakkavoor police arrested the 35-year-old woman, based on the complaint given by her husband, who was NRI.
He was sent under Jadikial custody after arrest.
However, the police department initiated a high-level probe under the direction of the High Court after he approached the court with the petition trying to bring up the truth.
Probe concluded that there was no medical or intential evidence to support children’s allegations.
