New Delhi: The Supreme Court in the temporary commandment directed that female candidates will be permitted to conduct an examination of the National Defense Academy to be carried out in September 5.

The court slammed troops because they did not allow women to take part in the NDA exam.
With the submission of the army that it was a policy decision, the Supreme Court observed that this policy decision was based on “gender discrimination”.
It comes in response to petitions who seek the entry of women at the National Defense Academy.
The Apex court said that the acceptance would submit to the last commandment.
