Meerut: A 37-year-old woman who suffered “mental illness” was bound to a bed and was taken through agriculture allegedly by family members in Ahmadgarh Bulandshahr’s village earlier this month, the video claimed now has become a viral.
The woman – a mother of seven children – has filed her complaint on August 23, two days after the incident.
