Mumbai: A Zimbabwe woman was held at Mumbai International Airport which was allegedly with heroin and metamfetamine worth 60 crore, an official of the customs air intelligence unit said on Sunday.
The 40-year-old woman was arrested on Saturday after arriving in Mumbai on a medical visa from Harare in the South African country through Kigali on Rwagair’s flight, he said.
“The search for the baggage revealed 7,006 kilograms of yellowish powder, identified as heroin after the test, and white crystal metamfetamine 1.480 kg.
Contraband, cumulative worth 60 crore, hidden in two bags and two file folders,” he said.

He will be produced in court later, he added.
