Greater Noida: A 32-year-old woman accused her of being attacked and harassed by her in-laws for a three-year-old dowry and suffered a miscarriage after she was beaten.
While his father-in-law was detained and the other four also ordered, his family claimed that he was disappointed after a ‘interference’ minister.
In his complaint, the woman said she was married to the son of a local businessman who lived in Noida in February 2018 and even before marriage, her in-laws raised a big demand for dowry.
“They were given expensive gifts, gold and silver items, cash and clothes.
But they were not happy and demanded Rs 5 Crores after a marriage and behaved badly with my family,” he accused, adding that his father-in-law slowly took all the items.
And his family jewelry gave him.
He also alleged that his father-in-law sought him.
The older sister accused that in November 2018, she was beaten by her husband and in-laws.
“He was seriously ill in his stomach.
We took him to the hospital in Agra, where his miscarriage was confirmed.
He went depression.
After some time, his in-laws demanded that we must involve his husband in our business because they want to produce more money,” he thought.
A pine was put forward against the woman’s husband, his parents and sisters and people who were not known were accused of under 498A (husband or relatives of husbands made him atrocities), 323 (punishment because voluntarily causing hurt), 313 (causing miscarriage without female approval ), 354 (criminal power to prevent female simplicity), 308 (guilty murder) from IPC and part 3 and 4 dowry prevention acts on the direction of the Court Surajpur.
The sister was alleged that while his father-in-law was taken to the Dadri police station on Tuesday, he was left after MOS for the farm, milk and fisheries Sanjeev Balyan intervened because both of them ‘close’.
However, Balyan said he had no connection with this case.
“They belong to the belt of Muzaffarnagar and the complainants have come to me for a resolution.
As a public figure, I have offered to help them resolve cases like many other local leaders they have approached.
The woman’s father-in-law was in my constituency but there were some cases like I listen every day because people from the constituency seek our help.
This case was only submitted after the court direction and was not submitted first by the police.

Additional DCP (Greater Noida) Vishal Pandey said the police had detained the defendant to be questioned and further action would follow after the investigation.
