Patna: A woman in the District Suggestions Bihar killed her husband for domestic disputes in Wee time on Tuesday.
The incident occurred in Ram Nagar Dhawri Village under the police station Sahajitpur.
Pappu Kumar who died wanted to send his wife Gayatri Devi to the mother’s house.
Gayatri killed her husband using a shovel when he fell asleep on the roof of their house.
According to an investigation officer of the Sahajitpur Police Station, Pappu married Gayatri two years ago.
They used to enjoy verbal duels with each other over trivial problems.
“Because of Gayatri’s very rude behavior, Pappu went to Kolkata and was employed in a private company.
He returned home on Monday morning.
After his arrival, Gayatri was involved in verbal arguments with him in the afternoon.
They were again involved in verbal duel at night, “said Investigating Officer KM Singh.
“Pappu after dinner, go to the roof to sleep.
Gayatri took the opportunity and climbed on the roof and attacked him with a shovel.
He stabbed him several times until Pappu died,” he said.
Family members of the Pappu and other neighbors woke up because of the cry of the victim.
They found Pappu lying in a pool of blood and Gayatri sat a little far from the body.
They beat Gayatri and told the local police about the incident.
“We have arrested the defendant and also captured the shovel from the crime scene used in the murder.
We have restored the body and do postmortem at the conscious hospital chapra.
Further investigation,” the officer said.
