Nashik: The body charred by a woman, allegedly becoming a disappeared doctor, has been found in a car in the city of Nashik Maharashtra, police said.
The police were told about a stationary car that was burned near Raigadnagar in the Wadivarhe area on the Mumbai-Agra National Highway on Tuesday night, an official said.
The body was burned by a woman found in the car.
From the chassis number, the police knew that the car belonged to a 38-year-old doctor who worked in a hospital run by Nashik Municipal Corporation.
His relatives had filed a previous complaint at night because he did not go home after leaving the hospital.
The DNA sample was sent to confirm the deceased’s identity, police official said.
