Jaipur: A 24-year-old married woman on Sunday filed a rape case in the Sewar Police Station area in Bharatpur against a man who had threatened to kill his 2-year-old baby.
He stated in his complaint that the defendant had raped him eight times in the past month with the pretext of killing his baby.
The police said, the woman had submitted a case against one Rakesh Jaatav who met him.
He took him to Fatehpur Sikari with the pretext of the New Year’s Eve party on December 31, 2021.
“After reaching Fatehpur Sikari, the defendant threatened to kill the 2-year-old baby and raped him.
He also had troublesome acting and began to extort him,” said an officer Senior police while quoting FIR.
The woman added that when she went to a hotel at Fatehpur Sikari she tried to shout but the defendant put a cloth in her mouth and threatened to kill her baby.
“The woman further stated that after raping last year, the defendant had raped him eight times in the past month,” the officer added.
The police began that the women’s medical examination was carried out and his statement under the 164 part of the CRPC would be registered before the judge on Monday.
