Patna: A 21-year-old pregnant woman allegedly kidnapped and raped by three people when he took a walk after dinner near his residence under the Beur police station area on Saturday night.
Some passengers saw the woman crying on the platform number 10 Patna Junction around 4am on Sunday and notify the police Rail Police (GRP).
Two of the defendants were arrested.
They were identified as Vishal Kumar (21) and Ankit Kumar (19).
One of Shyam Kumar escaped.
They are daily bets.
GRP told the female police station around 6am.
Sho Kishore Women’s Police Station Shahchari said the woman was six months pregnant and had come out of her residence to take a walk after dinner.
“Three congestion of his mouth so he could not shout.
They forcibly took him to a remote place nearby where the trio of raped him.
The incident took place almost in the middle of the night,” he said.
Sho said the victim belonged to the middle class family and her husband worked in a private company.
“This is her husband’s private house in Beur.
He and other family members are at home.
They started looking for him after he did not go home from the streets,” Shahchari said.
He said the woman repeatedly asked the defendant to release him.
“After the incident, he urged them to make him take the train to LakhiSarai and they both took him to the train station.
One of the defendants has gone to buy a ticket when he looks shouted by the passengers,” he said.
Sho said the woman’s medical examination was completed on Monday after that the statement would be recorded before Judge Judicial.
“The defendant also from the same locality.
Raids is in the Shyam Nab,” Sho added.
