Won’t Let any change in Ladakh; Coping with China Ardently: Army Chief Naravane

NEW DELHI: The Army leader Manoj Mukund Naravane on Friday reported the Indian Army won’t permit any”unilateral shift in status quo” over the LAC with China.
“Indian Army is extremely obvious that no unilateral change in status quo is going to be allowed,” said Army Chief Naravane told PTI about Ladakh standoff with China.
The key also underlined the value of disengagement whatsoever levels, stating India is extremely obvious that”no more de-escalation may occur before disengagement whatsoever friction factors.
” The Army leader further said the problem along India’s northern boundary would be”under control” “We’re addressing the Chinese at a company and non-escalatory manner, ensuring sanctity into our own claims from eastern Ladakh,” explained Naravane.
India and China are locked in a military standoff in several different friction points in southern Ladakh since early May this past year.
They’ve finished the withdrawal of weapons and troops against the North and South banks of Pangong lake at February after a string of diplomatic and military discussions.
