Work on the reason for compassion: HC Summons Chanda ZP CEO

Chandrapur: The High Court Nagpur bench has called Chandrapur Zilla Parishad (CEO) of the Chief Executive (CEO) of Mithali on November 30 on a request that accuses irregularities in providing work in dialysis patients.
The Division of Judge Sunil Shukre and Anil Pansare have warned strict action if the CEO failed directly in front of the court.

According to the Petitioner, the name Aditya was on the waiting list in 2009, but he was not given a job until 2014.
Meanwhile, Aditya suffered a disease that led to the failure of the two kidneys in 2013-14.
He took ordinary dialysis care since then and also had to submit his education.
In 2014, Sangeeta prayed that the job was given to his second son, Dhruv but he was only 15 years old.
The applicant said the ZP administration was sure to recruit him as soon as he was 18 years old and his name was registered on the waiting list.
Dhruv 18 of 2017, but the Petitioners claimed that even though the request repeatedly was not included in the place of Aditya until 2020.
Then, the name was removed and the claims of work were rejected that the rules in this matter have changed on May 20, 2020, and names Aditya cannot be replaced, declare the applicant.
Advocates Arvind Waghmare appears for the Petitioner claiming that the Dhruva application was submitted before the rules change and showed that the previous HC had canceled a similar process by passing two assessments.
Sangeeta and Dhruv submitted a petition in March after that, HC issued a notification in August, but ZP had issued an order to appoint Aditya in July.
When HC looked for an explanation, ZP did not answer or his advocate appeared before the court.
Additional government applicant Shishir Ukey is shortly owned for the country.
